Marriage Link (M-Link Consult) is a company that responds to pressing social and family challenges facing the Ghanaian society, in particular the institution of marriage (  The company has the objective of promoting social happiness and wellbeing through the institution of marriage. In this regard, the company provides a one-stop shop of marriage support. We have four distinct but inter-related packages spanning Marriage Partner Identification, Counselling services and Marriage Events management.

Job Description

As part of our growth strategy and to respond to the Clients’ needs in the middle sector of the country, the company has set up a branch in Kumasi. The office is located in the central business district close to Neoplan station at Asafo.

The Role

The key functions of the Secretary in the Kumasi office will be:

  • Assist the Office Manager to oversee company operations in the Ashanti Region and the Northern Sector of the country by extension.
  • Meet and greet Clients and direct their needs to the appropriate office for redress.
  • Ensure the branch office is kept in the best shape to facilitate smooth operation of the office.
  • Receive calls and keep logs for reporting to Accra.
  • Procure basic stationery for the office.

Required Skills or Experience


  • Tertiary education in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Practical work experience in similar roles

About the candidate

This is a professional admin role that requires an experienced office administrator to occupy.  The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

  • Smart, proactive, diligent and show maturity.
  • Report writing skills
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Must have pleasant personality.


Attractive and commensurate with experience. This is a combination of fixed and performance based incentives in the form bonus on achievement of targets. We also pay SSNIT.
